Beach Cities and South Bay Homes and Real Estate

What is My Beach Cities Home Value?

Are You Interviewing Agents to Sell Your Home?

In truth, asking a Realtor how many homes they’ve sold and how long they’ve been in the business and making your selection based on these questions is honestly not the right way to choose someone to sell your home.

In fact, a Realtor boasting about the huge number of homes they sold can only mean one of two things: 1. they are talking about how many homes their brokerage sold, not that agent personally, and/or 2. they have a team of junior agents who take over the listing after the agreement is signed, and chances are you’ll never hear from that senior agent again because they are too busy.

I’ve compiled a short list of make-or-break questions any homeowner can use that will 100% mean the difference between getting your home sold or watching those days on the market tick up longer than you can afford to wait.

The market has changed dramatically. Gone are the days where any agent could slap a ‘For Sale’ sign on your home and sell it in their sleep.

Homes used to sell between 5-10 days of being listed. Now hundreds of Southern California homes are sitting on the market for 30, 45, and even 90 days without even a single offer.

Why? The answer is simple… Bad marketing. Even the worst homes still sell if they’re presented right.

Did you know your agent’s job isn’t actually to sell your home? That’s their GOAL. Your agent’s actual job is to develop and execute an EFFECTIVE MARKET STRATEGY for your home so that it sells as fast as possible for the most amount of money to your pocket. I’ve been doing this long enough to let you know that most agents are actually terrible marketers… But the good news is plenty of them are and I want to show you exactly how to find the right agent from the start using a short list of questions, whether you choose to sell your home with me, or select another agent. The MarketMax Selling System

With almost 20 years of experience in Fortune 100 Product Management, Product Marketing and Project Management, my real estate business has a very different flavor and approach than that of a typical Realtor.

For me, marketing and pricing strategy are the most important components of getting a home sold quickly for top dollar in any market, but did you know most agents price homes only by looking at recent sales data without considering a multitude of other important pricing data and economic factors? The MarketMax Selling System utilizes a proprietary economic pricing model that delivers a far more accurate target price for your home including forward-looking data, rather than just old sales data which is already stale, especially in a fast changing market.

I’ve designed the MarketMax Selling System around the same product marketing techniques successful companies use to bring products to a competitive market, the same techniques that will be used to get your home sold.
